Lasting Gifts

The Lasting Gifts Program is designed to honor a person, organization, pet, or be a memorial. There are several options available for this honor, such as bulletin boards, water fountains, benches, picnic tables, trees and engraved bricks. Recognition plaques are included as part of the gift.

Arnold Station Garden:
Around Kati’s Touch on the B&A Trail is a perfect spot for a picnic, grabbing a beverage or snack at one of the local restaurants adjacent to the trail, or using the water fountain installed by The Friends of Anne Arundel County Trails with a generous donation from the family of an avid runner who passed away. Several of the garden areas were designed and constructed through Eagle Scout Projects.

Severna Park Pet Garden:
Located along the B&A Trail, near Caraker Plaza, is a spot in which to honor a beloved pet with engraved bricks bearing their name and a paw print if you wish. The Friends of Anne Arundel County Trails, receiving a generous donation from the Severna Park Veterinary Hospital, worked with an Eagle Scout to plan and install this “garden.” Contact “Lasting Gifts” to learn more about how you can purchase a brick for a furry, webbed, or gilled loved one (put in link to Lasting Gifts).
