Become a Member
Joining the Friends of the Anne Arundel County Trails provides the financial support for our mission statement. The annual membership drive broadens the support to promote, protect, and enhance our trails.
- We promote the development of new trails, support the continuation of existing trails and collaborate with trail organizations outside of our county and state in support of a nationwide network of trails.
- We protect our trails from impairments that would diminish their role of providing a healthy community environment. Our trails are used for recreation and also as safe passage to work and school. The use of our trails reduces pollution and provides a more livable and sustainable community.
- We enhance our trails with ongoing beautification projects, special events for families and partner with organizations promoting fitness events.
