The Friends of Anne Arundel County Trails will present a three-part Maryland Basic Boating Safety Course, which provides an overview of the rules and fundamentals of safe boating.  Pre-registration is required and is to be made in person at the B&A Trail Ranger Station at 51 W. Earleigh Heights Road.  There is a non-refundable and non-transferable program fee of $25, cash or check only, payable to Friends of Anne Arundel County Trails.  Children as young as 10 may attend but a paying adult must accompany children under 12.  Participants must attend all three days in order to receive certification.  For more information please contact the Earleigh Heights Ranger Station in person or phone: 410 222-6244.

Class 1:  March 6, 10, 13          Class 2:  April 3, 7, 10         Class 3:  May 1, 5, 8          Class 4:  June 5, 9, 12          Class 5:  July 10, 14, 17

Classes 1, 2, 3 & 4 will be held at the Earleigh Heights Fire Station, 161 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD

Class 5 will be held at the Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church, 611 B&A Blvd, Severna Park, MD

All Classes are on a Monday-Friday-Monday schedule from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
